SUMMARY

The Sr. Analyst is primarily focused on DMPPR (Distribution, Merchandising, Pricing, Promotion, and Replenishment) opportunities through the provisions of technical analysis and fact based selling to deliver against company objectives for retail hardware accounts. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the development of sales presentations, business reviews, and day to day account/inventory analysis. In addition, this individual will work on projects and have direct interactions with clients. This position will require significant cross functional interaction with team members to deliver common goals and objectives. The physical location of this position will be onsite at a Retail Hardware Corporate office located in Eau Claire.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Develop meaningful sales and consumption reports utilizing accounts POS
Monitor progress on share/sales/profits and help manage the flow of tracking new items, special packs, forecast management, and provide "trouble-shooting" for the Account Management team
Link data between systems
Manage Demand Chain Management (DMC) to obtain and maintain optimal inventory levels and turns
Prepare sales forecasts and collect and analyze data to evaluate current sales goals
Research and evaluate current economic conditions that may affect the organization's ability to sell its products or services in the marketplace
Assist in the development of sales quotas and forecasts for the sales team
Present analysis and recommendations to customers
Recommend changes to current sales techniques, procedures, or promotional efforts based on market research and new trends
Particpate in monthly store visits to ensure use of inventory best practices and identify and solve inventory issues within store sites
LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and 3 to 5 years of analyst experience is preferred; significant related experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Background in projects and data management preferred. Experience with customer management and contact. 3 plus years Consumer Package Goods experience preferred.
TECHNOLOGY SKILL BASE
This position requires a working knowledge of computer technology that includes: Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. Individuals must possess the ability to learn and understand new software and other technology applications as introduced by the Client and Alta Resources.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
Program planning and scheduling for a large tactical data link program being implemented for the government.
Integrated Master Schedule development and review, critical path analyses, schedule risk assessment, status compilation as related to SOW and contract, manpower planning, Earned Value performance generation, configuration control, and data analyses and reporting.
Formulates and recommends corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, fund allocations, and work requirements.
Interfaces with the Program Manager, Program Support Specialist (PSS), IPT Leads, government program staff, functional staff, and Business Management.

Recording meeting minutes for various government program meetings.
Assisting Program Managers to prepare for their quarterly Program Management Reviews.
Managing Group’s resource allocation tracking.

Temporary Discharge Planner/Social Worker
Hospital like pace of admission and discharges
Working with subacute rehab patients
Working with short term orthopedic joint recovery patients
Responsibilities include covering 2 of the facility's 4 units, assessing, monitoring, and meeting the psychosocial needs of short-term rehab patients and their families.
Includes arranging and directing familiy meetings, educating patients on managed care and Medicare guidelines, monitoring patient's moods and psycho-social well being, and establishing appropriate interventions as needed.
The social worker will be responsible for assisting patients with various needs throughout their rehabilitation stays, as well as coordinating patient's discharge plans including obtaining appropriate durable medical equipment and making referrals for home health services, and ultimately following patients through their discharge process to ensure a successful return to their home environment.
This is a temporary position of 3 months.
